As a result of LHL initiated publicity efforts in Asia and Australia, which led to phone calls connecting interested parties with AETHOS consulting group. AETHOS Consulting Group proudly co-hosted “NEXT, A Future Leaders Summit”, in conjunction with HotelsWorld 2016, held in Sydney, Australia. “NEXT”, an invitation-only symposium comprised of hotel industry executives in their mid-‘20s to late ‘30s employed at departmental management level or above, invited rising stars from their organizations to participate in a tailored program covering the future of hotel management, leadership, career development, and compensation trends.
